Made with unbleached white spelt flour - these buns are soft and light making them perfect for burgers and sandwiches without all of the bleaching/chemical agents of other white buns. In fact, we even got a great textured bun without adding vital wheat gluten!

We know we have our fair share of Vegan/Vegetarian fans and we are proud to say that The Better Burger bun is our newest product to join that roster!

Our Classic White Spelt Bread is a favorite for children and for everyone that loves white bread but absolutely hates what's been done to it. This is a great starter bread when trying to convert your children to alternative breads because it is healthy bread in disguise - plain white bread slice on the outside - traditional heirloom spelt goodness on the inside.
