Its deicate texture can be attributed to our stone grinding method which we use on site at the bakery to prepare our daily flour. We are excited to share with you that we celebrate our 30th Anniversary this year! 2016 marks 30 years of milling our own freshly stone ground flour, small batch baking, and constantly striving to create the highest quality spelt baked goods around. 

Many of you have been with us for years and some of you are new to the club but regardless of how long you have been a part of our family, we want you to know that it is you who inspire us and keep us fighting the good fight.

You have stood by us as we've fought against today's "do everything faster" world. It is you who we think about whenever we make big decisions. And it is you who make the challenges we face worth overcoming. 

At the end of the day there would be no Berlin Natural Bakery without you - and we want you to know how grateful we are that you have stood by us all these years! 

With that in mind, we are excited to invite you to celebrate this milestone with us!
