Over the years we have received so many testimonials that it made it very difficult to choose which ones to share. The testimonials listed below were specifically chosen because they address different issues. They also allowed us the opportunity to respond and hopefully help answer some of the most frequently asked questions in the process. |

COMMENT: Your spelt is the yummiest bread I have ever tasted. I am a ballet dancer who has stopped eating wheat and spelt has opened a new door for me. It does not affect my weight the same as wheat at all so now, I can be comforted by hot buttered spelt toast and tea! B.B. RESPONSE: Amazingly enough, I also have found the same to be true for myself especially regarding our sprouted spelt products. I have always been very carbohydrate sensitive and at one point I had avoided breads altogether for several years. I'm not making a claim that you can eat our breads and not gain weight...but I have heard this same type of testimonial many times. COMMENT: My youngest had sensitivities to wheat when she was younger, and we have continued to buy your bread ever since (she's now almost 8 years old). So "thank you" Howard and Irene. COMMENT: I have Celiac Sprue and on the list of no-nos it says I can not eat spelt. BUT I can eat your BREAD...yahoo! Thanks it is GREAT but sometimes hard to find in this area. I love it. I have wheat intolerance and am very happy I found a bread that tastes good! When I purchased the bread it was frozen. Does it need to stay frozen or can it be refrigerated? T.C.-Bridgewater, Ma. RESPONSE: We have found that when refrigerating breads, they tend to dry out. Frozen or fresh is by far the best way to store our breads. |

COMMENT: After years of painful fibromyalgia, I have discovered the wonder of SPELT! Yes, wheat taste without the gluten issues, etc. You are correct, the adults are eating LOTS of white spelt burger buns! Keep up the amazing work... S.W.-Sterling, Va. RESPONSE: Spelt does have gluten, however the gluten found in spelt differ from the glutens found in wheat. COMMENT: My mother ordered me some food for a present and I could not believe my eyes. I just wanted to tell you how much I loved your white spelt bread, crackers and white spelt hamburger buns. It has been almost 10 years since I had a hamburger bun. The crackers were so delicious, I believe they were herb and onion. Everything was so fresh!!!! I hope you continue to add items to your list. I would like to see white spelt crackers and white spelt hot dog buns. The order was the freshest I have ever had. You just don't know how grateful I am that I can order direct. No more freezer burnt breads. Once again thank you for helping so many with food allergies and wanting to eat healthy. A.F. We also realize that there are not natural health food stores around the corner for many people. We always encourage our customers to purchase our items from their local health food stores...they truly have been the ones that helped educate all of you regarding our products. Our on line store was developed for those that do not have a health food store nearby and for those that may have health issues that may make it impossible for them to leave their homes. COMMENT: I love your fresh bread. I ordered it from the Supplement Station in Salem, Ohio. I was wondering if you could answer a question. Is it whole grain bread? Maybe that's a silly question, but I wasn't sure. I don't know if sprouts are whole grains. I have been trying to modify my diet to include more whole grains. To be honest, your bread tastes too delicious to be good for you. When I purchased your bread I also bought one for my mom, she too was very impressed with how it tastes. A.B.-Salem, Ohio RESPONSE: All of our products, excluding the white spelt products are whole grain. Whole grain means that the entire grain is used for flour. We stone grind all of our whole spelt grain into flour daily at our bakery. We lose less then 2% of the grain. So eat up, you are most certainly enjoying whole grain spelt products...that do indeed taste great. COMMENT: While we were in N. Carolina visiting family, we picked up a loaf of your sprouted Biblical Bread. We are from Montana and a search of local stores carrying your products showed none did. We have a Real Food store near us, and I was so impressed with the quality of your bread I will contact them and tell them I would like to have them carry your products. Do you have a catalog with your products listed? I have just ordered a case of bread, so maybe there will be something in the box, but I thought I would ask anyways. Thank you for your products. I have had breast cancer and for the last 10 years, and have treated it by only natural means for the first 7. Nutrition has been the biggest part of the treatment. I know good quality and taste when I see it and I was greatly impressed with your products. I have been eating sprouted wheat bread for the last 4 years, but your Biblical Bread tastes much better than what I have been eating.
