We embrace the values of the community that we grew up in - including simplicity and integrity.  Our decision to become the first bakery in the United States to be Non-GMO Project Verified was grounded in these beliefs. Our mission is simple, to ensure that people still have a choice. A choice between mass produced modernized wheat baked goods or heirloom ancient grain baked goods made in small batches - from scratch - using methods that are unheard of in today’s “do everything faster” world.  When it comes to our food - we believe that faster is NOT better. We also believe that doing what's right is far more important than doing what's convenient..
