Firstly, I would like to share one of our struggles as a clean ingredient, small batch bakery in rural Ohio.

As you probably already know, we use no preservatives in our heirloom Spelt baked goods. This means they have a pretty limited shelf life which, for almost every natural health food store, means selling our products frozen. 

Freezer space in these stores is usually limited making it nearly impossible for any single store to carry our entire line of baked goods (30+ items!).

We completely understand this struggle and we love supporting our local retailers but we've still been left with a problem: only a few of our locally baked Spelt items have been available in our backyard. 

It's been our heart to make these items available for our friends, family and neighbors for some time now so to bridge this gap we are pleased to announce you can now order online and pick up your items at Berlin Natural Bakery in Berlin, Ohio! 

When checking out online make sure you select the "Pick Up In Berlin, Ohio" button! You will then need to answer a series of questions including when you will be picking up your order so we can make sure it's baked fresh and waiting for you! 

Please note: we have a pretty limited order pick up window due to the nature of when we bake, slice, etc. This means if you need to pick up your daily bread after normal business hours (after 4:30pm or on weekends) you may be better served to stop in at one of the local stores in our area.
