I am so happy to report that we are on track to have every Cyber Wednesday Sale order sent out before Thanksgiving! In fact, it is looking like everything will get sent out next week! Yay! 

I've got some bragging to do so I hope you don't mind me taking up the space here to do just that! 

Shout out to our BAKING TEAM! My oh my! The physicality, commitment and tenacity required of our bakers is unbelievable! Our head baker of more than 25 years has that department running like a well oiled machine! Her experience and standards are simply unmatched and she has a long lasting legacy of excellence! Her right hand gal is actually MY TWIN BROTHER'S WIFE! They are newly married (more to come on that!) but part of what brought the two of them together is her INCREDIBLE work ethic. She is something else and my goodness, are we all grateful for her! 

Shoutout to our SLICING/PACKING TEAM! Wow! The amount of work and commitment it takes to slice each rack of 100 loaves, bag it, seal it and then pack it in orders is mind boggling! Every single pair of hands on that team is a blessing and they bring such humor and fun to the bakery while they work swiftly! There's a lot of moving parts on that side and they have absolutely risen to the occasion of pulling off a successful Cyber sale! 

Shoutout to our OFFICE TEAM! Literally the brains of the operation! Between making sure we have all we need to keep producing what we do, printing out orders, answering phones/emails, problem solving and helping assist the packing team - Wow! These ladies have shown up and shown out. They all move at 100+ miles an hour and have a capacity that leaves me in awe regularly! 

Shout to my BROTHER for being the glue that holds everything together! Ok, so maybe we're "the twin glue" that holds everything together but I truly do not know what I would do without him. His standards for himself are insane but his standards for the bakery - EVEN HIGHER. He's a rockstar and I am so grateful to work and partner with him! 

Shoutout to my MOM for walking with us, protecting us, teaching us and for being an example of honor and integrity. She is our mom but she is also the mother of the bakery and we would not be who we are or where we are without her! 

My goodness, we all have so much to be grateful for but I know I can speak for everyone when I say we are the most grateful for you! Your support in this season of transition has been incredible. Your kindness around every wild turn has been so humbling. You are a MASSIVE part of what helps us survive in this world and we truly appreciate you. We can continue our legacy and mission because you believe in it and in us and you support us at every turn. 

Thank you for continuing to trust us with your daily bread! And for showing us every day that we are not alone in this world when it comes to doing what's right even when it isn't easy!
