After much anticipation we are proud to introduce our new spelt burger buns!

Made with unbleached white spelt flour - these buns are soft and light making them perfect for burgers and sandwiches without all of the bleaching/chemical agents of other white buns. In fact, we even got a great textured bun without adding vital wheat gluten!

Ingredients: Unbleached White Spelt Flour (wheat), Water, Organic Cane Sugar,
Coconut Oil, Sea Salt, Yeast and Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C)
