The wait was long but it finally feels like fall here in Amish Country! After such incredibly hot weather this summer we are in no hurry to see fall end so we're going to offer the Sprouted Biblical Spelt Bread and the Amish Country Cornbread again for our October special. Our Sprouted Biblical Spelt Bread is full of whole grain goodness, legumes and seeds making this a nutiritional powerhouse and a tasty loaf of bread. Although it may be hearty we use our sprouted whole grain spelt flour which makes it a little bit easier on the digestive system. Our Sprouted Biblical Spelt bread is definitely one of our "feel good favorites."  

Our Amish Country Spelt Cornbread tastes sweet with a great cornmeal texture that pairs well with any meal - especially a nice warm bowl of chili. Fun fact: the cornmeal we use in our cornbread is actually made from Organic Ohio Flint Corn grown by a local Amish farmer!
