Our Better Burger Buns are pretty dense and hold their shape really well which means they can generally be taken anywhere.
My cousin (who suffers from a pretty severe wheat sensitivity*) LOVES to bring these buns with him to a restaurant. When he orders, he will explain his wheat sensitivity and ask if they can use these for his sandwich or burger. He's gotten a little push back before but most restaurants are super accommodating and more often then not, they end up creating a beautiful meal!
The Better Burger buns are great for burgers and sandwiches but something I personally enjoy doing is treating them like a bagel! I pull them apart and throw them in the toaster or even in the oven and add some cream cheese. The result? Pure heaven!
