Thanks for the great recipe. I tried this for pancake day in england. My girlfriend is american so i thought i’d try an american pancake (As we would usually cook a crepe, which is what we call pancakes) and it was a lovely change. Thanks and can’t wait to try the next recipe

This recipe is DIVINE!!!!! We reduced the cinnamon to 1 & 1/2 teaspoons and that seemed just right for us.

SO good! Super quick & super easy to make. We enjoy a hearty breakfast and these fit the fill. If your kids are used to eating whole grain goodness, they will enjoy these immensely. If they are new to whole grain goodness – they will still like these! My 9yo daughter asked for these to be our new “regular” pancake recipe.

This recipe is fantastic! I halved the recipe for myself (using one egg and a little more than half of the flour) and they turned out perfect. I’ll keep the rest of the batter in the fridge for when I want to make a quick snack this week.
