Rest assured if you have any problems placing an order you can contact us at 800-686-5334 Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm EST to get access to the 20% off discount. Now, we will always ask that you patronize your local Health Food Store when buying our products but we know our full product line is not always in those stores. We know what a struggle it is for stores to donate their valuable freezer space to house our products so we understand why many only carry a few of our breads.

We’ve heard thousands of testimonials over the years as to the many different reasons that you are purchasing Berlin Natural Bakery line of products.  It’s not just about your daily bread - flour, pizza crusts, cookies - it’s about a quality of life issue for you.  We take that very seriously.  It is the reason that we continue to customize orders for you still today. Now, while we love making your spelt dreams come true, we’ve found that it takes an amazing amount of time, energy and resources to hand pack your customized orders.

Orders of $34 or more will still receive Free Shipping. However, when you place your orders on here you will see “Free Shipping for orders of $34.00 or higher + $5 Handling Fee at $5.00 USD” as a shipping option when your order reaches $34 or more (after discounts and promotions are applied). For the additional shipping options in the drop down menu, the $5 Handling fee is automatically calculated into the Shipping price.

We are adding this $5 Handling Fee so that we do not have to require case minimums or other order minimums when you order directly from us. We know that many of you are ordering for your families and that storing cases of our products simply isn’t an option.

It has been and remains our goal to give you the products you love with the ingredients you love and with the service that you deserve. Our new website is simply an extension of this desire.
