This loaf of bread (like our traditional sourdough) is slowly baked. We happily accommodate this extra bake time because it produces a unique, satisfying and worthwhile flavor and texture!
Light, mild and moist - The Farmhouse sourdough is truly unique as it contains both Whole Grain and Unbleached White Spelt Flour. The White Spelt Flour is what helps give this loaf it's light texture.
