Our Traditional Sourdough is made the old fashioned way with a Sourdough Starter that we let ferment for 24+ hours. We then add our Whole Grain Spelt Flour, Water and Sea Salt and allow it to leaven for 3+ hours ("normal" bread usually leavens for 30 minutes or less).
This process produces a nutritionally power-packed loaf of bread with a strong Sourdough punch. It's slices are hearty, dense, and sustaining meaning it really tends to stick with you throughout the day.
