Happy April, BNB Family! 

This month we are featuring two of our Spelt baked goods that, quite frankly, tend to fall under the radar and go unnoticed: our Spelt Angel Food Loaf and our Amish Country Cornbread. 

I don't know if you have tried them, but they barely last a day in my household because they are so tasty, have the best texture and because we simply have no self control. :) 

Our Cornbread has that amazing, cornmeal kind of a texture without completely falling apart. It has a touch of sweetness but it's not overwhelmingly sweet like many cornbreads out there. I pair it with everything - breakfast, lunch and dinner - and I never regret it. 

Our Angel Food has made a complete convert out of me! I had never had angel food that I enjoyed before - let alone found myself dreaming about at night! It's lovely by itself but add nearly any fruit - and it is absolutely exceptional.
