Our Farmhouse Sourdough is pretty similar to our Traditional Sourdough except that it contains one extra ingredient - Unbleached White Spelt Flour. That one, small difference is big enough to create a whole new loaf of bread that is soft, light and mild with an incredibly satisfying flavor and texture!
