Can you feel it? We are so tantalizingly close to summer that we can hardly stand it! All of us here are ready for warm sunshine, fresh fruits and long summer days which is why we are putting our heavenly Spelt Angel Food on special for the rest of April! Come on summer!

Our Traditional Sourdough is made the old fashioned way with a Sourdough Starter that we let ferment for 24+ hours. We then add our Whole Grain Spelt Flour, Water and Sea Salt and allow it to leaven for 3+ hours ("normal" bread usually leavens for 30 minutes or less). 

This process produces a nutritionally power-packed loaf of bread with a strong Sourdough punch. It's slices are hearty, dense, and sustaining meaning it really tends to stick with you throughout the day.
